Hello, my name is Abby (she/her) and I am a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. I completed my massage therapy diploma at Algonquin College. Since then, I have been able to travel and work in beautiful places such as Banff, Alberta and Haida Gwaii, BC. I bring a calm, welcoming presence to each session and take pride in the fact that I get to be a part of somebody’s health and wellness journey. I aim to make my clients feel better both physically and mentally with each treatment. I have a special interest in lymphatic massage, chronic pain management, and deep tissue massage.

60 min’s Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage - $200

Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage is a full body treatment that uses fast and rhythmic movements to move fluid through your body’s lymphatic system. It focuses on eliminating toxins and giving you an energy boost with many benefits of this treatment being debloating, increased circulation, hormonal balance and a body sculpting effect. This treatment works best when hydrated. 

90 min Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage (Face and Body) | $280

This lymphatic drainage massage focuses on your surgical recovery by using techniques to flush fluids, improve circulation and pain relief around your scar area. This is recommended for C-sections, endometriosis surgery, cosmetic surgery, hip/ knee replacements & more! 

TMJ Massage (45 min) | $120

TMJ massage is a massage that focuses on treating jaw pain, tension and jaw dysfunction due to tooth grinding and clenching. This massage works on the muscles surrounding your face and jaw as well as internal muscles. A great way to improve mobility, decrease headaches, decrease pain and tension and overall wellness.
