*$10 from every ticket will be donated to the University of Ottawa Endometriosis Research fund. Remaining proceeds will be donated to the Fem-Aid Financial Assistance Program.

Payment: In order to qualify for any “early bird” rates or discounts, booking and payment must be received before the deadline date listed in the symposium marketing material. Regular fee is required after the stated date.
Refund: Due to the limited space there are no refunds for cancellations after the payment has been made in full.
