How to apply
If you are looking to obtain treatment through Femade, but don’t have the financial means to pay for services, we now have a financial assistance program available to the public.
If you meet the above criteria, and wish to apply for this program please fill out the application form.
Completed forms can be emailed to bookings@femade.ca or dropped off in person.
