Tiffany Wallace

Tiffany completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Pranashanti Yoga Centre and is currently in-training for pre-natal yoga certification. Tiffany participated in the physical practice of yoga as a means to compliment other forms of movement but discovered the benefits of the yoga practice and philosophy in everyday life.
Yoga helped Tiffany understand the importance of noticing. At times we may feel as though we are merely visitors in our own bodies and she hopes to cultivate a space where you can find familiarity in sensations, softness in discomfort, and strength in the physical, mental, and subtle body.
In Tiffany’s classes and workshops, she weaves yogic philosophy, voice, and artistic expression into practices, allowing one to inform the other.
Current Offerings
Hip Opening Flow: This class focuses on strengthening and increasing range of motion in the hip joints and lower back, as well as strengthening core and glute muscles to helping to bring awareness and connection of the pelvic floor muscles. This is a vinyasa inspired class that is suitable for those with pelvic incontinence, prolapse, instability, those are postpartum or simply want to learn more about the pelvic floor. Mats and props available on-site.
Slow Flow: Slow flow & yin is 30 minutes of gentle movement at an intentionally slower pace and 30 minutes of yin which includes postures held for minutes at a time to stress the deeper tissues of the body. Expect a focused practice and a relaxed mindset for the rest of the day. This class is suitable for beginners, those looking to recover from intense workouts, or those searching for a peaceful experience.
